Q1: What's the material of the item, can pass the chemical test?

 A:We have several levels of material, new material can pass the chemical test, it based on            which market. Different market with different test requirement.

Q2: What's the normal package? Can be our own design package?

 A:Normal package is polybag with export carton, can with customer design package such as         color box and so on.

Q3: How about the payment term?

 A:Our normal payment is 30% advance and 70% balance after copy bill 

 Q4: Which is the local shipment port?

 A:Nantong Port for FCL,LCL is from Shanghai port.

Q5: What's the MOQ for the item with our own design?

 A:The MOQ for color box printing is round 500pcs, special colors or special design should check based on the item.

 Q6:Do you offer guarantee for the products? 

A: Yes, we offer 1-2 years warranty to our products.

Q7:How to deal with faulty or refund the faulty products? 

A: Firstly.Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.  Secondly.During the guarantee period, we will replace you with new parts.

 Q8: What kinds of logo technic will you use and which is most popular ?

 A: Silk screen print ;Embossing/Debossing ;Laser.

Most clients choose silk screen print and embossing logo.

Q9: What is sample time and production time?

 A:  Existing sample:6-10 days;  Customized sample:20 days;Production time:30-60 days.

Q10: How to place an order?

 A: Place order with saler; Make payment for deposit; Sample making for confirmation before mass production; After sample confirmed, mass production start; Goods are finished, send inspection photos to client for check. Final Delivery.
